There are so many things that can threaten our peace on a daily basis. We must constantly remind ourselves our peace is precious. Inner peace and peace in our surroundings is vital to living a whole healthy life. Think about what peace means to you. Jot down a list of things that bring you peace and a list of things that disturb or interrupt your peace.
Thinking about the things that jeopardize your peace, what can you intentionally do protect your peace in those moments? BREATHE Breathing gives us control over our actions. Anytime you feel things getting out of control, take a deep breath and remove yourself from the situation. Do everything in your power to remain grounded and not lose your cool. Choose peace in any moment where there is another option...on purpose.
